Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the supply and installation of a sewerage treatment plant within the Honey Farm Road Sports and Recreation Precinct.
This is a lump Sum Major Works Contract.
Works are to include but not limited to the supply and installation of the following:
• Local power distribution board
• Power connection and commissioning
• Main Treatment Plant
• Site wide sewerage storage tanks and rising mains
• Land application area
• Wet weather storage
• Metering
• PLC control system
• BMS Interface
• Main Treatment Plant Slabs and foundation
• Tree clearing and grubbing with all relevant approvals
• Mulching of land application area
• Connection to internal water main
• Approvals for all aspects of works undertaken – SCC Plumbing and ERA
• Testing and commissioning
• Handover documentation in PDF and ADAC
• Certifications and approvals for all elements supplied, manufactured and constructed.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Corner of Honey Farm and Sattler Road, Meridan Plains. at 23 Jul, 2024 10:00 AM . Respondents required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au PPE to be worn.
