Lease of canteen

⁠⁠⁠Expression of Interest - Blackall Saleyards Canteen Lease

Council is looking to appoint a committed person to undertake a two (2) year lease, commencing August 2024, for the Blackall Saleyards Canteen with an option to renew for two (2) years.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Conduct the sale of food and drink before and during sale days

• Maintain and hold an appropriate Food Licence;

• Maintain and hold public liability insurance.
