Project goals

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for T01-25 Parry Park Club House Upgrade-Stage 2- Change Rooms.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Preferred Commencement date on the change room is early September and to be finished as soon as possible while having realistic and achievable preferred completion date.

Tenderers are not required to be members of Construction Scheme (SCM0256) to be considered for this project.
