Main Administration Public Entrance Door Replacement

⁠⁠⁠The City Main Administration and Civic Centre is located at 25 Cedric Street, Stirling WA 6021. The main entrance public reception door is functioning poorly and requires replacement.

This Invitation for Tender (IFT) is released to engage a competent and experienced construction organisation which can successfully deliver the specified works as detailed in the tender documents in a timely manner. It is anticipated that fabrication and install will commence August 2024 and reach completion by the end of October 2024

The Mandatory Briefing will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the IFT prior to the Tender Deadline. No pre-registration is required as signing of the attendance register will take place at the Briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants and tradespeople are welcome to attend the Briefing also.
