Provision of Foamed Bitumen

Provision of the supply of the raw products for foamed bitumen stabilisation.

Offerer to supply the following

• Foamed bitumen delivered to site – 800,000litres (for 38,500m2)
• 50/50 Lime Flyash – 150 tonne

RoadTek will supply

• Supervision
• Traffic Management
• Stabilsing plant & equipment
• Pavement laying & compaction equipment.
• Materials testing
• Survey control

The works will be undertaken in 4 separate visits.

Indicative tmings and associated quantities are indicated below.

Monday 12 August – 13,500m2

Monday 24 September – 9,000m2

Monday 14 October – 8,000m2

Monday 18 November – 8,000m2

RoadTek are endeavouring to achieve on average 2,000-2,250m2 of foamed bitumen stabilisation per day.
