Real Estate Agent Panel

⁠⁠⁠Shoalhaven City Council (Council) invites tenders from qualified and licenced Real Estate Agents for the establishment of a Real Estate Agent Panel to sell Council owned properties either by competitive EOI, private treaty or auction in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).

Council's decision to assist in its financial position is to sell Council owned properties that are underutilised or surplus to Council's requirements (MIN24.21, 8 April 2024). The first round of sites considered in this approval is noted below. Once the Real Estate panel is established Council will seek to proceed to list these properties for sale.

Council retains the right to nominate one or more agents from the Panel to sell either all, some or none of these properties, this will be subject to the current requirements of the sales program
