Alternative Electricity Services Portal and Website Upgrade

1. Under the Alternative Electricity Services (AES) framework, the Economic Regulation Authority (ERA) is required to establish and maintain a public register with searchable information on AES registration holders. The information that will be available to the public includes the grant, renewal, amendment, transfer or surrender of a registration, a refusal to approve, renew or amend a registration application, and a suspension or revocation of a registration. Information on the AES framework is at Alternative Electricity Services - Economic Regulation Authority Western Australia (erawa.com.au). Referred to as PART 1 AES.
2. The ERA requires a new Content Management System (CMS) to replace its current CMS for its public website. Referred to as PART 2 CMS
