Tender Description
The Open Space Layer to the Burnside City Master Plan will provide holistic perspective to managing our City's open spaces, parks and reserves.
A Consultant is to prepare the final Open Space Layer, including graphic design work with maps. Works will include assisting with an investigation the gaps in Burnside's open space network, and how to address these gaps. The consultant will also need to complete a strategic land review to identify State, Council and private land holdings for acquisition / disposal, development, zoning uplift and open space opportunities.
