Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced proponents to operate the community tennis facilities at Kooroora Park, 5A William St Roseville, and provide Council with a revenue return.

The purpose of this contract is to activate the Kooroora Park facilities so they are a vibrant place, delivering high quality, cost effective tennis that meet community needs at an affordable price.

An optional pre-tender meeting will be held on July 5 2024 at 12 noon on site at Kooroora Park Tennis Courts

All prospective Tenderers are advised to attend the pre-tender meeting.

Tender for the Management Services of Kooroora Park, Roseville and shall be placed in the Tender Box located within the Customer Service Centre on the Ground Floor at 31 Victor Street, Chatswood 2067, so as to be received in full prior to: 11am Thursday 25 July 2024.

Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
