Supply of Selected Alcoholic Beverages

⁠⁠⁠City of Newcastle (CN) seeks submissions from interested suppliers or service providers, for the supply of a range of selected alcoholic beverage products in support of functions and events held at the City Hall and Civic Theatre facilities over an initial period of 2 years. Council, at its sole discretion and subject to supplier performance and operational needs, may extend the contract for two further periods of 12 months each. CN envisages commencement of the contract period September 2024

The products required include:

• Brewed Beverages / Beers / Ciders
• Table Wines (Still and Sparkling) and Fortified Wines
• Spirits
• Pre-mixed Alcoholic Beverages
• Non-Alcoholic (Soft drink / Mixers)
