Tender Description
As a Tasmanian Government Business Enterprise, Hydro Tasmania is committed to ensuring probity and fairness in all of its dealings with its potential suppliers throughout the procurement of goods, services and works.
Hydro Tasmania is currently progressing, as part of its Battery of the Nation project, the planning and development of two major hydropower infrastructure projects in Tasmania:
1. the Tarraleah Redevelopment Project; and
2. the Cethana Pumped Hydro Energy Storage (PHES) Project.
Having regard to the scale and complexity of the procurement of the above projects, Hydro Tasmania wishes to engage the services of an experienced probity advisor with proven depth of resources, experience and capability on comparable projects to assist Hydro Tasmania's Battery of the Nation project team ensure excellence in probity practices and the integrity of the procurement process for each of the above projects.
Hydro Tasmania seeks probity advisers who possess extensive experience in:
1. State Government or Government Business Enterprise (GBE) policies and procedures and best practice; and
2. the procurement of mega infrastructure projects of comparable complexity.
