Preferred/Prequalified Panel Arrangement for Plant and/or Equipment Hire

⁠⁠⁠Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) is recalling its Panel of Suppliers to provide plant and/or equipment (including wet and dry hire) in excess of its current fleet to assist in providing services to maintain operations in the Whitsunday Region.

The Agreement term for this arrangement is for a period of two (2) years from the date of award with a one (1) year extension from the expiry date at Council’s sole discretion.

The Agreement is for the hire provision of plant and/or equipment as per the following panels:

a) Preferred Supplier Wet Hire Panel; and

b) Prequalified Supplier Wet and Dry Hire Panel.

Tenderers are invited to attend the non-mandatory Information Sessions being held at the following times and locations:

a) Bowen Administration Building – 5.30pm, Thursday 4th July 2024

b) Collinsville Community Centre – 5.30pm, Tuesday 9th July 2024

c) Proserpine Administration Building – 5.30pm, Wednesday 10th July 2024
