Hunter's Hill Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the construction of a new Works Depot and Office Upgrade at Boronia Park, Hunters Hill. Upon completion, the project will provide new office space for council's outdoor crew and new storage spaces for all outdoor operations.

A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held on site in front of the current grandstand (proposed office upgrade) at 11:00am Monday, 8th July 2024. Only contractors who attend the compulsory pre-tender meeting will be eligible to submit a tender. Interested contractors shall register for the meeting by sending email to the Contact Person by 9:00 AM, Monday, 08 July 2024.
