Tender Description
CQUniversity Australia (CQU) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified, registered, and experienced Contractors for refurbishment of the library collection space at its Melbourne campus. The project involves reconfiguring three rooms (demolition of three (3) operable walls) into one large study space. The contract will include all refurbishment works and supply and installation of student furniture.
The successful contractor will be required to provide all materials and labour to complete the project unless explicitly stated.

Site Visit
A site visit will be held at CQUniversity Melbourne campus, 120 Spencer Street, Melbourne at 27 Jun, 2024 10:30 AM .
Venue: Meet Ground floor reception area. Closure of bookings for Mandatory Site Visit: 2 pm - Wednesday, 26 June 2024. Bookings to be made via dfmcentral@cqu.edu.au.
Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
