Hosting the Commission's Content Management System Platform for 12 months

⁠⁠⁠The provision of hosting the Productivity Commission's Content Management System (CMS) platform including the Funnelback enterprise search and disaster recover back up site.

Services to be provided are as follows:

1. Matrix:

• Edit + Licences

• Managed Annual Upgrade & Platform Maintenance/Support Service

• Matrix Software Warranty Diagnosis

2. Funnelback

• Indexing for up to 100,000 digital documents/assets

• Managed Annual Upgrade & Platform Maintenance/Support Service

• Extended Software Warranty Diagnosis

• Access to the Funnelback Marketing Dashboard

3. Support:

• Allocation of 11 Maintenance/Upgrade Service Hours per 6 months (this is 22 hours available per annum)

• Standard Inclusions (including Account Manager, 24help desk access, response time guarantee, software warranty (for Squiz Matrix, Edit+ and Funnelback) Upgrade, subscription to security alerts and Annual User Conference Ticket)

4. Hosting:

• Squiz Cloud with Squiz Edge CON to enable High Availability Disaster recovery and up to 99.99% uptime, including 12 Cloud Hosting Units for Production Service for Matrix and 4 Cloud

• Posting Units for Production Server for Funnelback

• Backup every 24 hours with retention of the backup for 30 days

Other details for the services are:

• Squiz's standard rate for additional work and some calculations is $302.50 (inc GST) per hour

• CPI increase of 3% towards the value of the contract

• Web Application Firewall (WAF)
