Acquisition and Supply of Aerial Topographic LiDAR Survey and Imagery

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council seeking offers from suitably qualified Respondents to acquire and supply aerial topographic LiDAR survey and aerial imagery for the Cairns Regional Council Local Government Area. The scope of work includes aerial capture, processing of raw data and delivery of topographic LiDAR survey and imagery to Council to use in mapping and future projects.

Cairns Regional Council aims to enter into a contract with a Supplier in August 2024, with a view that the aerial capture be undertaken during clear sky conditions that are typical of the dry months between August and September 2024 and provision of the final deliverables by 31 October 2024.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
