Palmerston North City Council is seeking a service provider to develop and deliver the "Ways of Leading" Leadership Development Programme, which is grounded in Emotional Intelligence (EQ). This programme aims to cultivate leaders who are not only proficient in decision making, problem-solving, and delivering results, but also excel in interacting, inspiring, and engaging with others. The programme will incorporate Mātauranga Māori principles, ensuring it is culturally inclusive and relevant. Our goal is to build a foundation of trust-based leadership and inclusivity that aligns with our Employee Experience Framework. We seek to advance effective communication, leadership principles, collaborative working relationships, teamwork, inspiration, and having conversations that make a difference for our people.
