Development of a Workforce Culture and Diversity Strategy for the WA construction industry

A Consultant to be contracted to undertake research and develop a Workforce Culture and Diversity Strategy for the WA construction industry on behalf of the Construction Training Fund.

Objectives/Outcomes

The aim of the project is to:

• Develop a baseline of data to inform a Workforce Culture and Diversity strategy for the WA construction industry.
• Based on the above, develop a Workforce Culture and Diversity Strategy for the WA construction industry that will guide the development of policy and a range of programs that promote, attract, engage and retain a diverse and inclusive construction workforce for Western Australia.   
• Provide the CTF with options on future policy and programs to increase diversification across the Western Australian constructions industry.
