Goderich St Apartments, Appointment of Managing Agent for Residential Units

The City of Perth is issuing this RFT to identify and select a Contractor to provide property management services for the City's Goderich St Apartments.

Goderich St Apartments is a residential building, built in 2013. The City owns the land and the improvements, consisting of 26 two bedroom and 22 one-bedroom residential units and 24 associated car bays.

Subject to completion of the procurement process it is anticipated that the contract will be for a 12-month period from 23rd July 2024 to 22nd July 2025. There are two further options of 12 month each for the City of Perth to extend the Term at its discretion.
