Tender Description
Sunshine Coast Council (Council) requires a Principal Contractor to supply and construct a replacement club house at Caloundra City Soccer Club located on Caloundra Road in Russell Barker Park.
The building is located at the end of the car park and forms part of a Council leased soccer complex.
The building no longer services the growth of the club and will be required to be replaced. Council has engaged consultants to report on the existing building which is included as part of the supporting documentation for reference only. This building will be required to be demolished to make way for the new building in the same location. The design will primarily improve the change rooms and compliance along with storage and usability of the public toilets and referee segregation.
Construction Works will include, but not be limited to:
Preliminary setup, environmental & site preparation.
Demolition of existing building.
Installation of screw piers, footing and service installations
Suspended concrete slab.
New blockwork & timber truss roofing and sheeting.
Electrical & Hydraulic works.
Painting and Waterproofing.
Civil & Structural works.
Undertake CTP testing, concrete testing.
Site management including safety; traffic and pedestrian management.
Landscape and full remediation of any turf damage to site.
Full commissioning and certification, provision of handover documentation including ADAC and asconstructed details.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Meet outside the Caloundra City Soccer Club Rooms at Russel Barker Park, off Caloundra Road., Caloundra at 25 Jun, 2024 9:00 AM . Respondents are required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au.
