Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the repurposing of two existing soccer fields to NRL playing fields at the Meridan Sports Complex in Caloundra.
This is a Lump Sum contract. Works will include but are not limited to:
- Preliminary setup, environmental and site preparation;
- Import of fill to extend the playing field of play;
- Early works to Soccer playing area;
- Drainage and Irrigation;
- Field rejuvenation and top dressing;
- Sports Field Lighting and control;
- Public address system;
- Site Fencing;
- Coaches Box;
- Site management including safety; traffic and pedestrian management;
- Landscape works and remediation of any turf damage to site; and
- Full commissioning and certification, provision of handover documentation including ADAC and as-constructed details.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at Meridan Sports Fields, Meridan Plains, Caloundra at 25 Jun, 2024 12:00 PM . Respondents required to register their attendance via email to tenderenquiries@sunshinecoast.qld.gov.au. Meet in front of the clubhouse.
