The Balonne Shire Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the Design and Construction of the Rowden Park Change Room Amenity, St George.
It is the principal’s requirements that tender submissions meet the functionality and design contained in this section.
This document will outline the specific requirements of the amenities with indication of desired size and fit out to guide the design as well as provide information regarding the existing services and sewerage/freshwater requirements.
The attached masterplan (Appendix B) determines the location of the amenity. It will be critical to the success of the project that the design is aesthetically pleasing and creates an appealing link from the Terrace/foreshore to the sporting grounds.
