TBSC/24/015 Management - Home Hill Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified people to manage Home Hill Swimming Pool for the period 1 September 2024 (or as negotiated) to 30 April 2027 with options for 2, 12-month extensions, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope.

The successful Supplier will be required to:

a) have good interpersonal skills and be able to interact professionally and maintain good relations with various guests and visitors to the Facilities;

b) have the ability to undertake maintenance of grounds, pool water and minor maintenance of equipment and buildings across the Facilities. t

c) obtain and maintain First Aid certificate, CPR award and Pool Lifeguard award;

d) have or obtain Certificate IV in Swimming Pool and Spa Service;

Tenderers also have the option to:

a) Suggest improvements to the operation of the Pool, including changes to opening hours at the pool and provide a price for operating under these proposed changes; and/or

b) Provide a price for managing the Home Hill Caravan Park.
