This Request for Tender (RFT) document is issued by JLL WA PTY Ltd (JLL) on behalf of our client the WA Department of Finance(DoF). JLL invites tenders for the provision of cleaning services for various government owned office buildings.

Cleaning services will be provided throughout Constitutional Centre, Dumas, Hale and Albert Facey House.

Dumas Precinct

• Constitutional Centre - 40 Havelock St, West Perth WA 6005

Albert Facey House - 469 Wellington St, Perth WA 6000

The Pricing template included as an attachment must be used for each building. Therefore 4 separate pricing templates must be included in the submission.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

No more than two representatives per company can be accommodated.

Failure to attend the "Request Briefing" will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

The Contract is proposed for an initial period of three (3) years commencing October 1, 2024, until 30 September 2027. The Principal reserves the right to exercise two, one-year extensions.
