Tender Description

Suitably qualified parties are invited to submit an Expression of Interest (“EOI”) for the Picton Road Upgrade Program, Almond Street East (“Project”). The required services consist of field investigations, constraints definition and design options. Additional information on the project is available in the attached documents.

The below mandatory requirement applies to submit a conforming application.

Respondents (either individually including subcontractors or in combination if a joint venture is proposed) will be required to hold registration under the Technical Services Registration Scheme (SCM8661) in all the following service categories:

· Drainage Investigation and Design

· Complex Road Design

· Complex Bridge Design

· Geospatial Surveys

· Cadastral Surveying

· Utility Location and Subsurface Mapping

· Pavement Investigation

· Pavement Interpretation of Test Results and Advice

· Geotechnical Investigation and Monitoring

· Geotechnical Assessment and Interpretation

· Environmental Impact Assessment Minor Works REF

· Environmental Impact Assessment Project REF

· Aboriginal Cultural Heritage

· Non-Aboriginal Cultural Heritage

· Aboriginal Cultural Values

· Socio-economic

· Noise and Vibration

· Estimating – General

An EOI briefing will be held via Microsoft Teams. Attendance is mandatory to submit a conforming application. The time and date of the EOI Briefing is 12:30pm, Thursday, 20 June 2024.

To receive an invite to this briefing and receive the passcode to access the project and EOI documents please complete the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll (refer to RFT Preview Document(s) section of the Ad) and submit to the Contact Officer via email by 2:30pm AEST, Wednesday 19 June 2024.

Refer all requests for information, tender clarification or advice regarding the tender process and the EOI documents to the Contact Officer in writing by 2:30pm AEST, Wednesday, 10 July 2024.
