Supply, Installation and Operation of Audio-Visual Production And Crewing

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council ("Council") invites tenders for the carrying out of Production, Technical and staffing for the 2025 Tamworth Country Music Festival ("Festival" or "TCMF") in accordance with this request for tender.

Council is seeking services in lighting, audio, vision, broadcast and staffing for major events/concerts throughout the festival. All events/concerts will be held at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment Conference Centre (TRECC).

Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this request for tender.

The Tamworth Country Music Festival will be held from Friday 17 January to Sunday 26 January 2025.

Submissions must include a breakdown of costs quoted on, including labour and hours, breaks and transport.

It is compulsory that prior to submitting a quote, all interested parties must visit (at own expense) or be familiar with all locations that a quote is being submitted for.

All crew accommodation must be arranged and booked by the successful contractor. Council will cover a per diem of $120 per person per night for crew accommodation within your quotation. You must provide a detailed list of crew accommodation.

All costs associated with travel expenses and meal allowances must be factored into the quoted price and detailed separately. Tamworth Regional Council will not cover the cost of any of these items.

Quote to include transport of all equipment. Quote to include ALL consumables, batteries, gaffer tape, cable ties and first aid etc.

Loaders can be booked through Robert Elsworthy, Technical Supervisor at Entertainment Venues. Please provide a detailed schedule of what loaders you require for bump-in and out as we need to account for this in our budget. Management has the final say over how many loaders and when they are scheduled.
