Council (the Principal), is seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced companies to enhance our Safety Programme within Cumberland City Council. We require an organisation that can provide a rigorous maintenance program, the ability to train staff and replenish our First Aid Supplies.

The Contract period would be for a three-year term, with the option to renew the agreement for a further 1 + 1 year at the sole option of the Council in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a lump sum fixed price and schedule of rates basis in accordance with the fixed lump sum provisions, in the tender pricing schedules herein. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the attached Conditions of Contract.

CONTRACT: Professional Services Agreement
