Tender Description
The contract includes the final stage of works at the Baldivis Sports Complex, Eighty Road, Baldivis and includes site works and construction of a new Southern Pavilion, outdoor hardcourts, carparking, a nature playspace and a skatepark.
Two site inspections for the Tender will be held, Site inspection 1 will commence at 10:00am on Tuesday, 11 June 2024; and Site inspection 2 will commence at 2:00pm on Thursday, 13 June 2024. Tenderers attendance at one of the Site inspections is mandatory, the same information will be discussed at both site inspections.
