Subfloor renewal 87-93 Brisbane Street, Tamworth

⁠⁠⁠Tamworth Regional Council (TRC) is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for Tender T073-2024 Subfloor Renewal 87-93 Brisbane Street, Tamworth.

87-93 Brisbane Street is a Council-owned heritage-listed building within the Tamworth LGA, the premises is currently used as a restaurant. This project will fully replace the subfloor and floor to the original building, remove and dispose of all damaged sections and ensure a compliant subfloor in accordance with the national construction code (NCC) and specifications provided. Upon subfloor and floor replacement, the internal building fitout and infrastructure will be reinstated and the site returned to enable full compliant usage as a restaurant on completion.
