Tender Description
This purpose of this procurement is to source a LMS provider for Ara Poutama Aotearoa – Department of Corrections (the ‘Department’). The need to procure a provider to help deliver LMS has arisen because the current contract is due to expire on 30 September 2024 and there are no rights of renewal available.
The Department has a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) to dispose of property no longer required, however the Department wishes to have the flexibility to divest identified properties without the services of LINZ. This work requires the services of a LINZ Accredited provider.
