The WA Police Force is seeking the provision of a Mesh Integration System (the System) to provide the ability to combine radio and data connection over multiple bearers, including traditional terrestrial networks and all available satellite services currently in use. The System must be able to create a self-connecting, self-healing WI-FI mesh to extend this connection via a portable or wearable device away from the base unit.

The System will need to have the ability to select the least cost routing plus have the ability to bond all available services to ensure mission critical voice and data gets through. 

Equipment must also be able to operate in all environments and be rapidly scalable through current mesh equipment/infrastructure (WA Police Force Airwing mesh system and WA Police Force Technical Unit Mesh System).

There is a specific requirement for accessories to be compatible with the devices in use. The WA Police Force will seek from the Contractor compatible devices to interoperate with equipment already in use and any additional devices required during the Term of the Contract.
