Randwick City Council is seeking tenders for the supply of a Library Management Solution (LMS) as a cloud hosted Software as a Service (SAAS). The LMS will provide functionality that enhances the customer experience using the Library Service, improve the efficiency and effectiveness of staff, and meet Council’s technical requirements to integrate with other systems.

The project includes:

• Provision of the Core LMS on a Software as a Service offering

• Configuration of the Core modules to meet Council’s requirements.

• Functionality within Desirable modules should be outlined in detail.

• Configuration of integrations to existing FE-Tech gates, self-check units and RFID hardware and software, Monitor Print Management, and other SIP2 or Web service API integrated library services and resources.

• If required, the conversion of data from Council’s existing Sirsi Dynix Library Management System to the tenderer’s proposed solution.

• If required, the training of Library staff in the use of the tenderer’s proposed solution.

• Ongoing software support including security updates and functionality enhancements.
