Building J Second Lift Feasibility Report

⁠⁠⁠UniSC is seeking to enter into a contract to undertake a feasibility study for the addition of a second lift for Building J on the Sippy Downs Campus.

UniSC objectives for the Request for Tender (RFT) are as follows:

• Delivery of a feasibility study to provide information needed to make an informed decision regarding a second lift and will consider the likely costs and preferred site for a future lift. This will allow consideration in the Five-Year Capital Program associated with our annual Strategic Asset Management Plan.​
