⁠⁠⁠The City of Parramatta Council is located 24 kilometres west of the Sydney CBD and provides a range of goods and services within a local government area (LGA) encompassing some 84 square kilometres and comprises a population of approximately 260,296 people from a range of diverse cultures, lifestyles and experiences

ABOUT THE TENDER:

City of Parramatta Council is seeking to appoint a number of pre-qualified Trade Services for the provision of predictive and ad-hoc maintenance works with the possibility of projects for a three to five-year period.

The city has a need for ongoing maintenance and ad-hoc works in several trade service categories. To better obtain value for the City, and to offer security to a smaller number of chosen suppliers we are seeking to engage either a panel or sole supplier depending on the submissions received for the following services:

- Air Conditioning Services

- Electrical Services

- Building Services

- Locksmith

- Plumbing and Drainage Services

Tenders close at 10.00am, Friday 21 June 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted, and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councilors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tender. Late, verbal or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
