Tender Description
Council is seeking Tenders for the demolition of the structure and installed services at the Cardinia Youth Hub (My Place) in James Street, Pakenham. Works will also include required protections and removal of all waste materials from site with recycling and reclamation where possible.
A site briefing will be held on Thursday the 30th of May 2024 at 9.30am and is mandatory for all Tenderers to attend. Please ensure registration is completed via the site briefing section of the tendering portal.
