Cumberland City Council (‘Council’) in response to RFX865 is inviting tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced community and commercial tenants to enter into a long-term lease agreement for the use of the former Oriole Park Baseball Clubs, Clubhouse Building and related Car Park located at 27 - 29 Tavistock Street, Auburn NSW 2144.

Please include name of the organisation, name/number of attendees (limit 2 per organisation) and specify the preferred date of attendance in your email.
Tender submissions for Respondents who do not attend the mandatory pre-tender briefing / inspection will not be considered.
