NMT Perth Campus B2 - Chiller Replacement

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Chiller Replacement Works at North Metro TAFE Perth Campus B2. 

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Replacement of the existing Carrier chillers 
• Replacement of the associated chilled water pumps and variable speed drives 
• Interface new equipment onto the BMS 
• Update the BMS programming to ensure the lower ground floor DX-CRAC unit serving the server room operates instead of the chilled water CRAC unit

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at NMT Perth Campus B2, 30 Aberdeen Street, Perth at 30 May, 2024 10:00 AM.
