OVERVIEW:

The University of South Australia invites prospective Bidders to submit a tender for the provision of chair and tables as specified across its metropolitan campuses listed below:

• Adelaide - City East Campus
• Adelaide - City West Campus
• Magill Campus
• Mawson Lakes Campus

This RFT package comprises:

• Section A: UniSA Requirements
• Section B: Terms and Conditions
• Section C: Tender Form
• Section D: Statutory Declaration
• Section E: Work Health Safety Information
• Section F: Modern Slavery Information

ENQUIRES/CLARIFICATIONS:

Enquiries should be directed to the online forum within the Tender Box. University staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. The Bidder shall submit any clarifications or questions to the University using the "Private Question" method in the Online Forum tool within the Tendering System.

The University shall respond to the clarifications or question by responding publicly to all Bidders if the information provided is relevant to all Bidders.

INTENTION TO SUBMIT:

If you intend to submit a tender, please acknowledge receipt of this RFT document and then complete Sections C, D, E & F . Please return it via the tendering portal instructions specified in Section A. Tenders shall be provided based on the information in section A and acceptance of the terms and conditions nominated in Section B.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses can ONLY be submitted via the electronic tender box using the attached Excel version of the schedules. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Bidders are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient time to undertake the upload and submission process. Late submissions will not be accepted.

Deadline for requests for clarification: Tuesday 4th June 2024

The University of South Australia is not bound to accept the lowest priced Quotation or all or any part of a Quotation and reserves the right to conduct the RFT process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.
