The Council of the City of Sydney ("City") invites Expressions of Interest for the Disposal of Sydney Christmas Infrastructure Assets in accordance with this request.

In line with the City's Sustainable Sydney 2030 strategy, striving for zero waste is a key goal, and as such the City would like to offer the opportunity to other organisations to re-use or re-purpose these assets.

Respondents must submit Expressions of Interest in the manner required by this document.

Preference will be given to respondents that fall into one of the following categories;

1. Not-for-profit (NFP) organisation;

2. Australian Local Council;

3. Australian State Government body; or

4. Artists

Applications from other organisations or individuals that do not fall into the above categories, may be successful in the acquisition of assets.

Inspection for interested parties will be held on Tuesday 28 May 2024 at a location in Condell Park NSW.

Interested organisations will be provided with the address for inspection on registration.
