Tender Description
Wollondilly Shire Council is seeking Tenders from an appropriately qualified and experienced Principal Consultant to undertake the Architectural Design Services for the Thirlmere and Oakdale Community Hall Upgrades.
This will include the demolition of both Thirlmere and Oakdale Halls and reconstruction of new community halls. The project will transform the inoperable buildings into new community halls with functionality to service the community's needs into the future.
