This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The APSC requires a platform to manage their (currently 5) social media channels. The Engagement and communication directorate and the Digital Communications team requires the assistance of a provider to provide platform solution to enable a strategic approach to centrally managed social media channels.
The management of these pages includes reporting and listening insights to inform knowledge of our audience, channels and tone across the following:
- approve the planned and ad hoc social media content on a uniform basis
- use available automations in the platform to measure social media engagement
- assist with significant social media listening for our social media accounts for research, reporting and decision making.
