The National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (NFSA) is seeking Responses as part of a competitive Request for Quotation (RFQ) process from suitably qualified and experienced firms to partner with the NFSA for discovery and strategy activities for a new web-based platform.

Detailed information about the NFSA’s Requirement is provided at Annexure A, Schedule 1 - Statement of Requirements.

By submitting a Response as part of this RFQ process, you agree to comply with Annexure A, Schedule 2 – NFSA RFQ Terms and Conditions.

Due to the commercially sensitive nature of the Services to be performed, the successful Supplier (if any) must sign a Deed of Confidentiality, IP and Moral Rights prior to the commencement of the Services.

The successful Supplier (if any) must agree to be excluded from having any direct or indirect involvement in any subsequent approach to market process undertaken by the NFSA to procure a new 2025 Platform Project solution, except to the extent that the NFSA engages the Supplier for their technical subject matter expertise (if applicable).

This exclusion includes responding to the approach to market process, being identified as a contractor or subcontractor to any other organisation’s response, and/or providing any input, recommendation or advisory to another organisation pertaining to information obtained during the delivery of the Services and otherwise deemed official information in accordance with the Deed of Confidentiality, IP and Moral Rights.

By submitting a Response as part of this RFQ process, you agree to comply with this exclusion in full should you be the successful Supplier.
