The Napier City Council is undertaking an upgrade of the existing parking facility situated at Petane Domain, in proximity to the Eskview Football Club, Tennis Club, and Esk View Community Playgroup. The aim is to enhance the user experience within the parking area by installing footpaths, kerbing and chip seal surfacing, along with improvements to stormwater runoff collection and treatment. We are seeking a contractor with expertise in car park construction to execute this project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in pavement, surfacing, kerbing and footpath construction along with implementing effective drainage systems including smart rain modules. Additionally, implementation of staged traffic management protocols will be required to ensure continued access for multiple user groups. Furthermore, strict adherence to health and safety regulations is paramount. Selected contractors are invited to submit proposals outlining their experience, proposed methodologies, and dedication to meeting project requirements.
