Lease and Management of Tobruk Memorial Pool

Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced lessees to provide high quality service, management, and maintenance of the facility.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Mandatory Tender site inspection: 9:30 AM, Wednesday 24 September 2025.

Closing Time and Date: The tender closes at 4:30 PM, Sunday 26 October 2025. Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal, or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.

Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 6-months from the Closing Time.
