GRC is seeking a software solution from a suitably experienced Service Provider to design and implement a Knowledge Management System that has the ability to share internal information and procedures with GRC employees and have capacity to share selected content with GRC website to aid self-service for Customers.

The implementation of the Knowledge Management System is to include but not limited to:

• Designing of the Knowledge Management System;

• Implementation of the Knowledge Management System; and

• Training to GRC employees in the use, configuration, and maintenance of the system.
