Balonne Shire Council is seeking parties interested in leasing the allotments surrounding the Bollon Aerodrome, as shown on map.
Proposed Lease is for a period of up to 10 years.
This request will be evaluated on the following criteria;
1. Proposed use of land. 30%
2. Proposed length of lease. 20%
3. Proposed rental amount. 30%
4. Proven track record of meeting lease terms and conditions (references). 20%
Council ask that all submissions include the completed Part 1- Tender Response.
