The purpose of this Tender is to identify a suitably qualified head building contractor to:

Upgrade the existing Detection system to the council depot site to provide Detection coverage to council plant, equipment, and assets.

This project aims to replace outdated components and ensure fully functional automatic fire detection and alarm system.

Complete the Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, of this system in accordance with the attached specification

Council wishes to install the required smoke detectors and corresponding interface to shut down the mechanical air handling systems accordingly.

The purpose of this tender is to establish a contractor of suitably qualified and experienced to complete a design and installation of this system in accordance with specification.
