Darwin - Group 5 - Repairs and Maintenance to Air Conditioning Plant and Equipment for a Period of 36 Months

A general outline of the work to be carried out under the Contract comprises mechanical services Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) periodic maintenance for Darwin Rural Area sites (Group 5 NTG Assets).

The scope of work to be carried out under the Contract comprises:

• The effective general routine maintenance of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

• The call out attendance to remedy operational inconsistencies associated with HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

• The repair, replacement or servicing of components parts to restore operation of HVAC components, plant, systems and interfaces with other trades.

• The identification of defects that would not permit the imminent reinstatement of operation of the HVAC system.
