Supply and Delivery of Diesel, Lubricating Oil and Coolant

⁠⁠⁠Horizon Power is seeking a single supplier who can supply and deliver diesel fuel, lubricating oil and coolants to all Destinations, taking into account the site-specific delivery requirements included in this document or RFT Part B provided.

More specifically, the work under the Contract consists of:

1. the supply of:
   
2. diesel fuel for use in the power generation facilities
3. lubricating oil suitable for high-speed diesel engines
4. coolant suitable for turbocharged high speed stationary diesel engines

that complies with Horizon Power's specifications for the Destinations; and

1. the transportation of diesel fuel, lubricating oil and coolant to the Destinations and unloading into designated storage tanks or storage areas.
   

The Scope does not include the design, installation or operation of designated diesel fuel and lubricating oil storage facilities at the Destinations.

Alternative responses will be allowed, but the RFT participant must submit a conforming offer and the alternative offer must supply and deliver fuel for all Destinations.
