Replacement of Multi Function Devices and Print Management Service

⁠⁠⁠Invitation to Quote for supply and installation of approximately 85 multi-function printers and associated 5-year maintenance agreement as part of Wollongong City Council's rolling IT renewal program.

Wollongong City Council aims to replace Council's fleet of printers that are spread over 38 locations in its Local Government Area. Council has identified 3 types of printers that we require quotation for. These models must comply with the minimum mandatory criteria as listed in Schedule A.

Council assessment will include testing and sample printing on the proposed models prior to the selection of a successful quotation.

Wollongong City Council is seeking to engage supply of these devices and services under NSW State Government Contract 9827 Print and Image Device Services, for Lot 1 and Lot 2 services as outlined in the specification and pricing template (Schedule A). We invite optional response under Lot 3 to be considered.
